Directions: Your NP in Family Health is conveniently located just south off of Hempstead Turnpike (Rte 24) on Newbridge Road (Rte 106) in Nassau County, Long Island. Take the Hempstead Turnpike (Rte 24) exit and go west off the Wantagh Parkway or east off the Meadowbrook Parkway.
Public Transportation: Nassau Buses N47, N50 stop next to the facility and are connected from the LIRR's Hicksville Train Station. The N49 stops just north of Hempstead Tunpike on Newbridge Rd.
Private Transportation: There is a private parking area for your personal vehicle or we can help you arrange transportation via Access-A-Ride or car service.
